Damage Deposit

To ensure the pristine condition of the property, a refundable security deposit is required for all stays. This is fully returned following a successful apartment inspection at checkout.

Policies & Logistics

Check-In/Out:
Check-in after 3:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM.
Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests.
House Rules: No smoking indoors. No pets allowed. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

Cancellation Policy

100% Refund: Cancellation 7+ days prior to arrival.
50% Refund: Cancellation 4–6 days prior to arrival.
No Refund: Cancellation 3 days or less prior to arrival.
